| Manuscript Summary: | Manuscript Summary The Cistercian Collectarius dates from the third quarter of the 13th century. It contains liturgical prayers for the whole year. The manuscript’s place of origin is unknown; several historical notes indicate that it was used early on in Wettingen. The calendar contains entries of commemorative days for the monastery’s founders, and the short Notae dedicationum Wettingenses report on the founding and the equipping of the monastery. |
